Terms & Conditions
Fusion Living Interior – Dhaka, Bangladesh

1. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Prices and material availability are subject to change after this period.

2. Payment Terms
50% advance payment upon contract signing or Work Order confirmation.
40% payment due upon 50% project completion.
10% final payment after project handover and client inspection.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer / Cheque / Cash (as agreed).

3. Scope of Work
The quotation covers only the items and services explicitly listed. Additional requests will be billed separately at market rates.

4. Delivery & Installation
Free delivery and installation within Dhaka city.
Projects outside Dhaka incur actual logistics charges.

5. Project Timeline
Estimated completion: 60 working days from advance payment and site handover.
Delays due to client-supplied materials, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure will adjust the timeline.

6. Materials & Substitutions
Specified materials/brands will be used. If unavailable, we’ll propose equal/higher-quality substitutes for client approval.

7. Warranty
1-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: Misuse, structural issues, or natural disasters.

8. Changes & Variations
Modifications to the original plan must be submitted in writing and may incur additional costs/timeline extensions.

9. Inspections
2 free inspections within 6 months of handover. Additional inspections are chargeable.

10. VAT & Taxes
All applicable government taxes/VAT will be added to the final invoice.

11. Accommodations (Outstation Projects)
Clients must provide lodging for our labor team for projects outside Dhaka.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or uncontrollable events.

13. Final Billing
The total cost will be reconciled post-completion based on actual measurements and finalized with client approval.

14. Customization Charges
Custom designs/materials requested by the client incur a 5% fee on the total cost.

15. Office Hours
Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Note: These terms are subject to mutual agreement and may be revised with written consent from both parties.
